The second annual AL DÍA 40 Under Forty event will serve to highlight and showcase some of the most diverse and impactful young professionals across the Philadelphia region.
At the event, taking place on August 27, 2021, Teresa M. Lundy will be one of the 40 honorees. She is the Principal and Founder of TML Communications.
Teresa M. Lundy is a government affairs and public relations professional, who is the founder and principal of TML Communications. Established in 2015, TML Communications is one of the leading certified women- and minority-owned public relations, communications and advocacy firms across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Lundy has also worked as special assistant to the U.S. Congress, as well as supervising media coordinator at the City of Philadelphia.
She is also a graduate of Temple University, earning her bachelor’s degree in media studies & production and political science, after earning her associate of science degree in Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College.
In the past, it was challenging to win government contracts and larger opportunities. As we have completed engagements with clients and built up a track record of success, we have been able to overcome these challenges.
It would help if more contracts were awarded to Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises in order to level the playing field. One step would be for companies to recognize there is a disparity and implement programs to help small and minority businesses grow to their full potential.
