Program Summary:
The AACC Philadelphia Peership Program is a 6-month rotational program experience designed to pair businesses with business professionals who work in the areas of marketing and public relations, purchasing, guest/client relations, and human resources. The curriculum will cater to the specific needs and challenges of each business.

Participant Eligibility Criteria
The AACC will accept applications from eligible AACC members based on the following criteria:
  • Be a current (or become a) member of the AACC and have such membership be in good standing;

  • Demonstrate at least two years of business operation, which is evidenced by tax returns;

  • Annual revenue of more than $100,000 per year for at least the last year (or 2020);

  • Summary of prior attempts to secure loans and their existing banking relationships (if any), and if none, what has prevented the applicant from establishing a banking relationship; and

  • Summary of how joining this Program will help the applicant achieve its business goals.
